The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Babayaro closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Sexton did well to prevent Babayaro getting side control.

Sexton has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Babayaro is on him like a limpet, forcing Sexton back against the cage.

Babayaro has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Sexton clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Babayaro has his opponent's back but Sexton is looking to stand. He manages to get to his feet and shakes off Babayaro.

Babayaro shoots in and gets a takedown into Sexton's guard.

Sexton has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Babayaro is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.

Babayaro manages to pull guard.

Sexton stands up from Babayaro's guard - Sexton perhaps looking for a knockout.

Sexton tries to sprawl but Babayaro drives through with a takedown into half guard.

Sexton makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!

Babayaro shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Babayaro was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Sexton explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!
