Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Eldridge Hammond (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Buzz Buzzitron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sloppy strikes from Buzzitron. Those never looked like landing.
Hammond is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Buzzitron.
Buzzitron fails to land with a series of punches.
Hammond keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Hammond throws a counter high kick but Buzzitron was just alert enough to avoid it.
Buzz Buzzitron seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
No joy there for Buzzitron, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Hammond seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Buzzitron misses with a jab, cross combination.
Hammond is looking to counter the offense by Buzzitron and move into the clinch.
Buzzitron connects with a single shot there.
Buzzitron throws a right and a left that both miss.
Buzzitron throws a series of punches but Hammond avoids them all with ease.
Buzzitron keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

Buzzitron darts in and clinches Hammond up against the cage.
Hammond drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Hammond goes for a takedown in the clinch but Buzzitron prevents it.

Buzzitron wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Buzzitron pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Buzzitron misses with the combination.
A lazy left from Buzzitron finds it's target.
Hammond really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Buzzitron throws a body punch but Hammond moves out of range.

Buzzitron moves into the clinch.

Buzzitron's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Buzzitron lands with a nice combination. Hammond backs away looking to recover.

Hammond is rocked!
Buzzitron plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Hammond to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Hammond just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!
