The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Vaziri I I I takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Hossein Vaziri I I I is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Vaziri I I I tries to move into range but Silker moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Silker shoots for a double leg takedown but Vaziri I I I sprawls well. He's pushed Silker's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Silker fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Vaziri I I I has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Well Silker has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
