Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Yasuhiro Akagi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Karl Denke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Akagi comes to the cage accompanied by Nash the Slash - American Band. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Akagi throws a leg kick but Denke sees it coming and moves out of range.
Akagi looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Akagi swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Karl Denke seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Denke might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Akagi lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Akagi displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Denke throws out the jab.

Denke connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Akagi tumbling to the canvas! Denke pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Akagi was done - good stoppage!

A relieved looking Karl Denke thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
