PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Teddy Salazar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Heart Disease (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Teddy Salazar has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Teddy Salazar seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Heart Disease!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Bruno Hogan and Topper Green.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Disease shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Salazar is looking to control Disease's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Salazar avoid being mounted?

Disease seems to be working for a kimura but Salazar defends the submission attempt.

Disease dives in for a single leg takedown but Salazar sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Disease can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Salazar is looking to escape.
Disease has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Salazar tries to lock up and control but Disease gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Disease tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Disease is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Salazar looks calm but he's in trouble here. Disease gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Salazar is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Disease lets go of the hold and Salazar can pop his arm back in it's socket.
