Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Barry Allen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Godding (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chris Godding told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

5 - 1 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Barry Allen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Chris Godding!
The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Fedor Mirinova and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Allen darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Allen tries to clinch but Godding moves out of range.
Godding rushes Allen and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Allen manages to break the clinch.
Allen doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Godding counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
It looks like Barry Allen has been cut.
Allen delivers a nice body kick.
Godding clinches.
Godding lands a hook to the side of the head.
Godding cracks Allen with a nice body shot.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Godding.
Godding misses with a body punch.

Allen is looking to control Godding's arms but Godding gets an underhook and turns him. Now Allen has his back to the cage.

Godding tries to throw a body punch but Allen avoids it by throwing Godding back against the cage.

Godding tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Godding swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Allen has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Godding avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Allen wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Godding has him pressed against the cage.
Godding pushes Allen back against the cage and unloads with a body punch.
Allen can't get the takedown.

Godding lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Allen or not.
Godding lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.

Godding digs a right hand underneath Allen's ribcage. Allen let out a lung full of air as it connected.
