The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A solid leg kick lands there for Pustiu.
Sorinel Pustiu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Leach tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Pustiu swivels and escapes.
Pustiu connects with a solid leg kick.
Pustiu misses with a head kick.
Leach fails to land the takedown.
Pustiu throws a head kick that Leach semi-blocks.

It looks like Shirley Leach has been cut.

Pustiu rushes Leach and presses him up against the cage.

Pustiu manages to break the clinch.

Pustiu closes the distance and pushes Leach back into the cage.

Pustiu successfully pulls guard.
Pustiu wants to stand and escape but Leach is having none of it.

Pustiu is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Leach presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Leach fails to pull guard.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Shirley Leach. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Pustiu escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Sorinel Pustiu is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Pustiu feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Leach sprawling to the canvas! Leach rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Pustiu finish him?!
Pustiu fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Leach has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Leach gets tackled into the cage by Pustiu. Pustiu maintains the clinch.
Leach really is a fat lump.

Pustiu breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Pustiu fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Leach circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Pustiu. Leach falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Pustiu!
