Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dimi Karalopolous (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rumble Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Karalopolous comes to the cage accompanied by Now We Are Free. Rumble Lee acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karalopolous lands with a shot to the body.
Horrible takedown attempt by Lee or perhaps it was just good defense by Karalopolous, which made it look bad.

Lee looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Karalopolous wants to get back to his feet.
Karalopolous might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Lee is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Karalopolous defends it well.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Lee wants to work for an arm triangle but Karalopolous is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Lee postures up in Karalopolous's guard and throws a big left but Karalopolous blocks it.
Lee wants to control from the top but Karalopolous keeps moving.
Karalopolous is looking to stand up but Lee isn't so interested in that idea.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Karalopolous keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Karalopolous avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Lee tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Karalopolous defends well and Lee ends up having to push Karalopolous into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Dimi Karalopolous has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rumble Lee.
Lee shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Karalopolous as he jumps to the side.
Karalopolous misses with a takedown attempt - Lee sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Lee enables Karalopolous to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Lee manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Lee is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.

Karalopolous seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Lee for as long as he can get away with.

Karalopolous takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Karalopolous is stalling here. Lee is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Karalopolous seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Lee has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Lee is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Karalopolous is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Lee throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Karalopolous wants to get back to his feet but Lee drags him back down.

Karalopolous pushes Lee away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Lee gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Karalopolous is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Lee asserts his dominance and retains side control.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Lee swings around for an armbar but Karalopolous sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Lee's guard.
Lee utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.

Karalopolous stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Lee throws up his legs and catches Karalopolous in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Karalopolous tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Lee! That came out of nowhere!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Rumble Lee!
Rumble Lee bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
