Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Li Kong Ho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damiao Marcos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ho bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Marcos's guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Marcos working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

That was a close round but I would say that Li Kong Ho will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Marcos attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Marcos changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ho tries to avoid it but Marcos manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ho to the ground. Ho escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Ho lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

A little feinted left hand from Ho on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Ho dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Marcos. That did some damage!

Ho has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Marcos can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Marcos takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Marcos slips a nice elbow through Ho's hands, connecting with Ho's forehead.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Marcos tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Ho defends well and Marcos ends up having to push Ho into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Ho is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Marcos pulls his head out easily.
