The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blackblood throws a body punch but Graciano moves out of range.
Graciano misses with a left hand
and Graciano takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Graciano misses with a takedown attempt - Blackblood sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Blackblood is pressed up against the cage. Graciano has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Blackblood down to the mat. Blackblood avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Hoyce Graciano seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Graciano shoots in looking for a takedown. Blackblood tries to sprawl out of it but Graciano keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Blackblood manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Graciano closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Blackblood digs a right hand underneath Graciano's ribcage. Graciano let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Graciano is rocked!
Graciano is trying to drag Blackblood to the mat but Blackblood just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Oh Graciano is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Blackblood creates some distance and fires off a vicious elbow that drops Graciano! He pounces and finishes the fight with more strikes! Nice KO for Blackblood.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mace Blackblood!
An out of breath Mace Blackblood thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
