Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Francesco Luongo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Luongo comes into the arena with The Northern - Alexisonfire blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams misses with a few strikes there.

Williams keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Williams throws a jab but it's blocked by Luongo.

Luongo bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Williams tries to bench press Luongo off him but Luongo keeps the position.

Luongo tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Luongo has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Luongo is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Williams knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Williams throws out a token jab with nothing on it.

Luongo drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Luongo has hold of Williams's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Williams tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Luongo cranks the arm and Williams screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Williams, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
