The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dee tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.

Leaf gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Dee to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Dee is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Leaf is looking to stand up but Dee isn't so interested in that idea.
Leaf on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Leaf tries to get out of the position.
Dee works a leg free and moves into half guard.

Dee is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Leaf is just riding it out for now. Dee eventually gives up the hold.
