Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Aslak Aas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Touko Pouko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Aas's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Nunnuka Nunnuka. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
25 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Aslak Aas!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
12 - 13 - 0, fighting out of New York, Touko Pouko!
The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Leandro Rodrigues and Felipe Paraventi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aas slips a straight right by Pouko.
Pouko looking to score a takedown here. Aas is defending well but Pouko drives through and ends up in Aas's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Aas wants to stand up but Pouko is controlling him.
Pouko stays in close to Aas's body and controls the position.
Pouko slips nicely into half guard.
Aas tries to kick Pouko off but Pouko keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Pouko working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Pouko is pressing down on Aas's thigh, looking to free his foot. Aas is holding on for now.
Pouko trying to control the action but Aas is working from the bottom.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Pouko in particular looking to stall.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Pouko throws a big shot that misses.
Aas throws a hook to the side of Pouko's head but Pouko sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Danga de danga de dang - Pouko scores with a four punch combination!
A jab from Pouko misses.
Pouko swats away the attempt to clinch by Aas.
Pouko scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Pouko uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Aas.
Pouko tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Aas takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Aas jabs Pouko right on the nose. Pouko blinks but takes it well.
Aas throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Aas gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Pouko.
Pouko throws an off balance right hand
and Aas counters with a good, hard body kick but Pouko shrugs it off.
Aslak Aas is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
A nice combination there by Pouko.
Aas is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Aas tries to close the distance and clinch up but Pouko swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Pouko is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
A slow jab from Aas misses its intended target.
Pouko keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

enabling Aas to counter with a crisp jab.
Pouko throws a sloppy body shot
letting Aas counter with a right hand.
Pouko throws a lazy uppercut
and Aas cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Aas tries to close the distance and clinch up but Pouko swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Aas is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Aas stuns Pouko with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Aas, as that shot connected.
Pouko is rocked!
Aas lands with a shot to the body.
Pouko is still on wobbly legs! Can Aas finish him?
Aas throws an uppercut from hell that sends Pouko clean off his feet! He's out cold! Aas stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Aslak Aas!
Aslak Aas retains his bantamweight title!
