The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some bone on bone action there as Shaw checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Ericsson wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Ericsson closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Shaw quickly recovers to half guard.
Shaw is controlling Ericsson's position as best he can from this difficult position.
