Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Arbi Amagov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Davy McConnell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Amagov might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Timur Mucuraev - Anthem. Arbi Amagov is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Amagov circles away from the clinch attempt

and Amagov counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Amagov.
Amagov looking to sit in guard and control but McConnell gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Amagov has a closed guard, preventing McConnell from standing up.

Amagov working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. McConnell doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. McConnell manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Amagov is trying to control the position but McConnell postures up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Amagov throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! McConnell escapes and throws Amagov's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Amagov is looking for a sweep.

Amagov tries to improve position but can't.

McConnell decides to stand up, so the ref orders Amagov to his feet.
Horrible takedown attempt by Amagov or perhaps it was just good defense by McConnell, which made it look bad.
Amagov misses with a takedown attempt - McConnell sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
McConnell lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
McConnell wants to clinch up but Amagov keeps it at a distance.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Amagov shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. McConnell is trying to defend but Amagov finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Amagov is trying to work for a kimura but McConnell is defending well.
Amagov uses his free foot to push down on McConnell's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for McConnell.

Amagov is working for a guillotine from mount but McConnell frees his head quite easily.

Amagov has his feet on McConnell's thighs here. He's pushed McConnell off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! McConnell screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
