Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Joy Rones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phuc Bich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bich scores with a hook to the body. Rones takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

and Rones counters with a nice right hand that sends Bich toppling to the canvas! Bich scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Rones finish him?!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Bich drops his hands momentarily. Rones doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Bich staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Bich doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
