Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Budd Sidewinder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Hughs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sidewinder comes to the cage accompanied by Numéro 1 - Sans Pression. The key to victory for Budd Sidewinder has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Budd Sidewinder!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
47 - 51 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Joe Hughs!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Dillan Fox and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hughs showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Sidewinder.
Hughs takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Hughs gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Hughs throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Hughs throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Sidewinder.
Sidewinder fails to land with a series of punches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Decent striking displayed by Sidewinder there.
A lazy left from Sidewinder finds it's target.
Sidewinder lands a nice hook to Hughs's body. Hughs takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
A leg kick checked by Sidewinder.
Sidewinder throwing a counter right hand but Hughs manages to avoid it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Sidewinder blocks a head kick by Hughs.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Hughs.
Sidewinder fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Hughs manages to avoid it.
Hughs walks into a stiff left hand from Sidewinder.
Sidewinder throws a good cross that connects.
Hughs is rocked!
Sidewinder thuds his right hand into Hughs's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Hughs is still on wobbly legs! Can Sidewinder finish him?
Hughs moves in looking to clinch but Sidewinder pushes him off.
Hughs does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
An attempted straight right counter from Sidewinder misses the target.
Hughs throws a lazy right hand but Sidewinder sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Sidewinder drops Hughs with a huge uppercut! Hughs drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Sidewinder is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Budd Sidewinder!
As Budd Sidewinder got his breath back, he grabbed the microphone and managed to blurt out the following: This is for breaking my brother's heart'.
