The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Grey misses with the combination.
Grey has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Balkan is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Grey throws a body shot but no joy.
Balkan connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Balkan lands with a kick to the ribs.
Grey moves out of range of the body kick.
Grey swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Grey smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Nice body punch from Balkan.
Balkan lands a big head kick that sends Grey tumbling to the mat! Balkan takes a step backwards and waves Grey back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like J.J. Grey has been cut.

Grey blocks a leg kick.
Grey misses with an uppercut.
As Grey tries to get set, Balkan tries to push him back and clinch up but Grey manages to avoid the attempt.
Balkan tries to clinch but Grey moves out of range.

Donk. Grey catches Balkan right on the button with a cross.
Balkan throws a half hearted mid kick.

Balkan lands a nice shot that snaps Grey's head back.
Balkan tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Grey manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Grey takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Balkan looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Boris Balkan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Grey fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Balkan looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Balkan is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Balkan cracks Grey with a hook to the temple - Grey is on wobbly legs here! Balkan swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Grey falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Balkan wins by TKO!
