Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Franky Yip (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Galloway Sackett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Franky Yip is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 21 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Galloway Sackett!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sackett takes a swing at Yip's ribcage but misses.
Yip tries to counter with a takedown but Sackett is quick to defend against it.
A punch lands to the side of Sackett 's head but he takes it in his stride.

and Sackett counters with a leg kick.
Yip on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Sackett throws a lazy right hand but Yip sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Yip rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Sackett moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Sackett moves forwards but Yip connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Sackett lands a nice hook to Yip's body. Yip takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Yip decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Sackett's guard.
Yip tries to free his leg and advance position but Sackett is retaining full guard.
Yip is fighting to break Sackett's control of his arms but Sackett is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Sackett can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Yip controls the pace.

Yip is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Sackett knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Galloway Sackett seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sackett scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Yip doesn't seem bothered though.
Sackett stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Yip throws the left hand but Sackett avoids the punch easily.
Yip with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Sackett to score with a decent uppercut.
Yip is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Sackett.
