PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between James Daniel Kennamer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Expendable Crewman V (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kennamer kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is J.D. Sumner - Old Man River. Crewman V has chosen The Warrior song as his entrance music. James Daniel Kennamer has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Expendable Crewman V!
The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Shigeki Fujiwara and Kenichi Hosakawa.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crewman V throws a shot from downtown. Kennamer moves away and avoids it.
Crewman V looks to score with a jab to the body but Kennamer is just out of range.
Kennamer drops down looking for a counter takedown but Crewman V sprawls and moves away.
Crewman V throws a nice outside leg kick.
Crewman V uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Kennamer has time to react.
Crewman V smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Kennamer tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Crewman V defends well and Kennamer ends up having to push Crewman V into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Crewman V will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Kennamer shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Crewman V as he avoids it easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Crewman V stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Crewman V wants it to stay on the feet.
