The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Al Ahwei throws a hook but Camatta blocks it.

Camatta takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Camatta throws a lazy right hand but Al Ahwei sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Nice defenses there by Al Ahwei.
Camatta takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Al Ahwei throws a quick inside leg kick.

Camatta ducks right into an uppercut from Al Ahwei.
Al Ahwei lands a nice shot that snaps Camatta's head back.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Al Ahwei is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.

Al Ahwei has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Camatta can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Camatta is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Al Ahwei has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Camatta is working away from the top position though.
Camatta seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
