Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Antero Rokka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Russell Lynn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rokka comes to the cage accompanied by Twilight Guardians - Out of Our Hands. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Russell Lynn!
The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Joseph Jones and David Schapiro.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lynn throws a low kick but Rokka moves out of range easily.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Rokka, as that shot connected.
Rokka shoots in but Lynn avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Lynn takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Decent striking displayed by Rokka there.
Rokka cracks Lynn with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Rokka lands a front kick.
Rokka avoids a punch combination nicely.

Rokka shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Rokka showed some decent athleticism there.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Rokka throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Lynn tries to roll over but Rokka keeps him under control.
Lynn is still trying to improve position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Lynn is staying active underneath Rokka, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Rokka landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.

Rokka is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Rokka is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Lynn is just riding it out for now. Rokka eventually gives up the hold.

Rokka is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Lynn is looking to improve his position.
Lynn is refusing to be controlled, as Rokka sits in half guard.

Rokka is looking for a kimura but Lynn is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Rokka to get the leverage.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Rokka is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Lynn is just riding it out for now. Rokka eventually gives up the hold.

Rokka is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Lynn defends it well.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Rokka wants to control from the top but Lynn keeps moving.
Rokka engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
Rokka seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Lynn for as long as he can get away with.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Rokka stands up and waves to Lynn to follow him.

Rokka wants to control from the top but Lynn keeps moving.

Lynn looks to score with a jab to the body but Rokka is just out of range.

Rokka fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Lynn square on the jaw! Damn, Lynn is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
