Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Feargus Urquhart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and William King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). King has chosen Summer Sixteen By: Drake as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Feargus Urquhart has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 34 - 21 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Feargus Urquhart!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 28 - 14 - 2, fighting out of Montreal, William King!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Yves DeLean and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King slips under a jab from Urquhart.
King throws a solid leg kick but Urquhart takes the impact on his shin and smiles at King.
Urquhart bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of King's head.


It looks like William King has been cut.
Urquhart throws a big shot that misses.
The crowd cheers as Urquhart lands an impressive looking overhand right. King doesn't seem phased though.

King ducks straight into an uppercut from Urquhart and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - King manages to regain guard straight away.


King is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Urquhart tries to free his leg and advance position but King is retaining full guard.
King is still in real trouble! Can Urquhart finish him?
King seems keen to control Urquhart's posture.
King seems to have recovered his senses.
Urquhart is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
King wants to sweep here but Urquhart controlling him for the moment.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
King postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Urquhart is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Urquhart throws an uppercut from half a mile away. King sees it coming and avoids it easily.

King moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Urquhart throws a shot from downtown. King moves away and avoids it.
King throws an overhand right that lands on Urquhart's shoulder, as Urquhart tries to avoid the shot.

King takes one to the side of the head.
Urquhart takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

The fighters circling - Urquhart throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

It seemed like King was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Urquhart throws a hook but King blocks it.

Urquhart takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Urquhart swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Urquhart closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
King takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Urquhart takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
King throws a sloppy head kick
and Urquhart counters with a straight right hand.
King slips a jab from Urquhart.
King uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Urquhart.
King looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Urquhart throws a looping overhand right but King ducks down to avoid it.
King fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Urquhart manages to avoid it.
Urquhart appears to be looking for a big counter.
King does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
King lands a slapping body shot.
Urquhart looks to land a left hand but King moved out of range nicely.
King displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Urquhart throws out the jab.
Urquhart takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Urquhart uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by King.
A little feinted left hand from Urquhart on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

Urquhart throws a big overhand right that connects, sending King tumbling to the canvas!

That has opened up William King's cut even more.
Urquhart passes King's left leg - he's now in half guard.
King is still in real trouble! Can Urquhart finish him?
King wants to control but Urquhart is keeping busy.

Urquhart gets to his feet - back to striking we go!
King seems to have recovered his senses.
Urquhart misses with a straight right.
Urquhart is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Urquhart loads up on a big right hand but King slips the punch.
King uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Urquhart.
King throws a jab when Urquhart was well out of range.

King lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Urquhart steps to the side to avoid the strikes from King.
Urquhart drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks King right on the button. King goes down! Urquhart follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Urquhart gets the win via TKO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:15 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Feargus Urquhart!
After winning the bout, Feargus Urquhart thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
