The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Seppala throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Seppala connects with a high kick.
Seppala misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Buttersnaps.
Buttersnaps throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Seppala drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Buttersnaps defends it well.
Henkka Seppala seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Buttersnaps throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Seppala stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Seppala closes this distance looking for a takedown but Buttersnaps circles away.

Seppala closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Buttersnaps to the mat! Buttersnaps manages to get full guard.
Buttersnaps knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Seppala on the ground.
Seppala is standing up over Buttersnaps. Buttersnaps looks to escape but Seppala dives into side control.

Buttersnaps is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Seppala asserts his dominance and retains side control.

Oh Buttersnaps is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Buttersnaps is working to avoid the ground and pound but Seppala connects with a decent elbow.
Seppala lands a strong strike to the head of Buttersnaps. That's dazed him! Seppala looking to finish here. Buttersnaps is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - Seppala lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
