Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mathieu Valverde (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seto Michigawa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Mauricio Rocha and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Valverde throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Michigawa was covering up waiting for the punch and Valverde finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Michigawa wants to hit a switch here but Valverde passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Michigawa there!
Valverde looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
