Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flannery has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Flannery shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Catchmaer displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Flannery.
Catchmaer is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.

Catchmaer instigates a clinch.

Catchmaer manages to break the clinch.
Catchmaer throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Flannery on the side of the head.
Flannery misses with a takedown attempt - Catchmaer sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Flannery throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Catchmaer's waist but Catchmaer gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Flannery off to one side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Desmond Flannery. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Flannery manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Catchmaer on his heels. He'll look to pass Catchmaer's guard now, I'm sure.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Catchmaer has his hands on Flannery's head, controlling the position.
Flannery stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Catchmaer swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Flannery missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Flannery thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Catchmaer is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Flannery is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Catchmaer is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Catchmaer has escaped and now he's on top!

Flannery is looking for a triangle but Catchmaer pushes his legs off easily.

Flannery pushes a forearm under Catchmaer's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Catchmaer is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
