Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Eddie Farnsworth and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oiyambe stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Oiyambe wants it to stay on the feet.
Oiyambe is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Guy pushes Oiyambe up against the cage in a clinch.
Guy breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Guy tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Oiyambe counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Oiyambe thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Oiyambe is trying to control. Guy wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Oiyambe is looking for a kimura but Guy is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Oiyambe to get the leverage.

We've been hearing good reports from Guy's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Guy is pressing down on Oiyambe's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Guy has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Oiyambe can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Oiyambe drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Oiyambe jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Guy has control of Oiyambe's left arm, preventing Oiyambe from doing any damage.
Guy avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Oiyambe got a little sloppy there for a moment and Guy has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Oiyambe has managed to get both his arms back between Guy's legs - danger averted.
Oiyambe stands and throws Guy's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Oiyambe tries to move to mount but Guy blocks the move with his legs.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Oiyambe is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Guy looks calm but he's in trouble here. Oiyambe gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Guy is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Oiyambe lets go of the hold and Guy can pop his arm back in it's socket.
