Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ahmad Rosholt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Herman Botha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Botha looks for a takedown but Rosholt sprawls well.
Botha fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Rosholt avoids it really well and circles away.
Rosholt fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Botha manages to avoid it.
Rosholt throws a lazy uppercut

and Botha counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Botha postures up and lands a big shot to Rosholt's brow.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Botha postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Rosholt controls Botha momentarily but Botha frees himself.

Botha slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Botha stands up over Rosholt, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Botha makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Botha slips nicely into half guard.
Botha looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Rosholt knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Botha on the ground.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Botha lands a nice short elbow.
Oh Rosholt is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Rosholt is looking to escape.
Rosholt seems to have got his legs back now.
Rosholt has hold of Botha's hands but Botha slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Botha creates some space for himself and unloads with a monster right hand! That one landed with a sickening thud - Rosholt is out cold and this one is all over! Botha climbs onto the cage to celebrate with his corner!! He's shouting something into the camera but he's still got his mouthpiece in so God knows what he's actually saying.
