The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Enygma takes one on the button.
Enygma tries for a takedown but Mumba circles away easily
and Mumba counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Mumba scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Enygma shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Mumba wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Enygma pushes Mumba up against the cage in a clinch.
Enygma has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Mumba avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Enygma has clasped his hands together around Mumba's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.

Mumba sneaks out the side door and pushes Enygma away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mumba jabs Enygma right on the nose. Enygma blinks but takes it well.

Enygma shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Mumba sprawls well. Mumba wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Enygma gets slowly back to his feet.
Ubungu Mumba has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Joe Enygma.

Enygma is trying to drag Mumba to the mat but Mumba just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Enygma looks winded!
Enygma has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Mumba is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Enygma is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Mumba lands a hook to the side of the head.

Enygma tries to score a body lock takedown but Mumba shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Mumba's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Mumba throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Enygma stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Mumba walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Enygma drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Mumba swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Enygma's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Ubungu Mumba bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
