Shaw comes to the cage accompanied by Family Force 5 - Chainsaw. West has chosen Rebelution - So High as his entrance music. Jack Shaw has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
West misses with a low kick as Shaw jumps back.
Shaw pushing out the jab but it's not landing.

Shaw has closed the distance and engaged West in a clinch.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

And thats the end of the round the fighters go back to their corners.

Billy West dominated that round.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Shaw takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

West fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Shaw sprawls well initially but West persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
West is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Shaw is hurt! He's hurt bad - West fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Shaw from any more punishment! Congratulations to West! Great finish!
