Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Joao Sousa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ansatsuken Judan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Joao Sousa has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sousa dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Judan gets a takedown into half guard.

Judan is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Sousa doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Judan.
Judan looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Sousa is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Judan's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Judan's back!

Sousa is staying calm and holding on to the back position, whilst working on a rear naked choke. Judan is defending well though. Sousa let's go of the attempt for now.
Sousa seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.

Sousa looking to break Judan's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Judan remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Sousa will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

Judan is trying to defend against the choke here but Sousa has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Sousa Tightens the hold and Judan taps out furiously! Sousa displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
