Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mclaughlin gets caught flat footed, as More shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Mclaughlin might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

More drops back looking for a leg! Mclaughlin is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Mclaughlin manages to kick More off! More jumps back into Mclaughlin's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

More drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and More jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Mclaughlin manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. More manages to get himself to full guard.


More escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Mclaughlin gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Mclaughlin wants to get up but he can't break More's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Rush More showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

More uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Mclaughlin.

More is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Mclaughlin to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Mclaughlin shrugs it off.
