Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Harold Shipman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ahsan Hamed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shipman comes to the cage accompanied by Amazing. Hamed is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Ahmed's Theme. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Dean Styles and Lou da Vinci.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hamed looks to land a body kick but Shipman moved away.
Hamed throws a low kick but it's checked well by Shipman.
Hamed misses with a straight left.
Shipman blocks the body kick.
Hamed throws the kick towards the body but Shipman avoids it.
Shipman darts in looking for a takedown but Hamed gets double underhooks and turns Shipman into the cage.
Shipman takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Shipman throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hamed's waist but Hamed gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Shipman off to one side.
We've been told by Shipman's head coaches at The Factory that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Hamed feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Shipmans jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Shipman tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Hamed defends well and Shipman ends up having to push Hamed into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Shipman closes the distance and clinches up with Hamed, looking for a takedown. Shipman pushes Hamed against the cage but Hamed circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Hamed manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.

Hamed weaves into range and cracks Shipman right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Shipman goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Hamed is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
