Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Da Wrestler Killa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ralph Machio (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Killa throws a sloppy head kick and Machio moves out of range easily.

Machio is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Killa can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Machio is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Killa has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Killa!

Killa manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

Machio seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Let's hope that Machio has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
