Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Melchizedek Halo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Philo Beddo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Melchizedek Halo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Philo Beddo!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halo is looking to clinch but Beddo is avoiding it.
Beddo appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.

Halo tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
As Halo backs off Beddo throws a huge counter combo but Halo manages to avoid it all.
Beddo throws a hook to the side of Halo's head but Halo sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Beddo checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.

Beddo throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Halo stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Beddo shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Beddo was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Halo is trying to control Beddo's posture but Beddo avoids it.
Beddo wants to lay and pray for a moment but Halo keeps working.

Beddo throwing ground and pound but whilst doing so, he forgets to control position and Halo works his way back to half guard. Good composure under pressure.

Halo moves forwards but Beddo connects with a nice, crisp jab.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Melchizedek Halo.
I think Beddo has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
