The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bougoumou closes the distance and pushes Tajko back into the cage.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Bougoumou creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Bougoumou works on Tajko's body with a couple of short punches.
Bougoumou lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Tajko backwards.

Tajko is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Bougoumou throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Tajkos head.
We've been informed that Tajko has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

The fighters are battling for dominant position up against the cage here. Bougoumou manages to get control of his opponent's head and throws a big knee - Tajko drops to the canvas! He's done! Bougoumou goes wild and celebrates with his corner - this is a big victory for him and to get the win in such devastating fashion will certainly boost his reputation amongst the fans!
