Jarnkarl pushes Lancaster away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Lancaster gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.

Lancaster is staying tight to Jarnkarl's torso, preventing him from escaping.

I would just about give that final round to Troy Lancaster.
