The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Conner throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Seleznyov tries to bum rush Conner with a series of wild strikes but Conner uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

enabling Seleznyov to counter with a crisp jab.
Wayne Conner seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Seleznyov ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Seleznyov only half commits to the counter leg kick.
Conner throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

It looks like Roberto Seleznyov has been cut.
Conner chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Seleznyov can pounce on him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Conner is breathing heavily.
Seleznyov drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Conner's head, knocking him out cold! Seleznyov is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.
