Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Three Dog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cyrus Buster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dog comes to the cage accompanied by Fallout. Buster has chosen Bone Thugs as his entrance music. Three Dog could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Cyrus Buster's chin.

With a record of 14 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Cyrus Buster!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Steven Brown and James Atkins.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dog swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Dog throws an off balance right hand
and Buster counters with a stiff right hand.
Dog misses with a head kick.
A solid leg kick lands there for Dog.
Dog jabs Buster to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Dog misses with a kick to the body.
Buster moves out of range of the strikes.
Buster throws a head kick but Dog moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Dog misses with a body shot.
Dog throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Dog tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Buster paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Dog uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Buster.

As Buster tries to get set, Dog tries to push him back and clinch up but Buster manages to avoid the attempt.

A decent looking body kick lands there for Dog.

We've been told by Dog's head coaches at Sweat that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Buster looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

and Buster cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Dog dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Buster. That did some damage!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Dog throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Buster stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Dog throws a front kick aimed at Buster's knee but Buster avoids it well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Dog keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Buster's efforts to push away.
Dog is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Buster can do to turn this around?

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Three Dog.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Dog, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
