The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liddell throws a leg kick but Harvey sees it coming and moves out of range.
Harvey throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Liddell tries to close the distance and clinch up but Harvey swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Liddell has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.

Liddell scores with a jab and follows up with an uppercut that drops Harvey to his knees! He bounces straight back to his feet but is forced to take the mandatory standing 8 count before he's allowed to continue. We're back under way and the fighters meet in the middle of the canvas to re-engage.

Liddell lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Harvey drops his guard momentarily, allowing Liddell to crack him with a picture perfect lead left hook! Boom! Down goes Harvey! Oh, he's in big trouble - I don't like his chances here as the referee's count reaches 5. 6,7,8,9...10! He's out! Liddell takes it!
