Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between BJ Penn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oenomaus Doctore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Penn comes into the arena with Justin Bieber ft. Ariana Grande - Let Me Think Bout You blaring out of the sound system. Doctore comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Metallica - kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doctore lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Penn doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Doctore throws a series of punches but Penn moves out of range.
Doctore throws a lazy right hand but Penn sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Penn takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Doctore thows a left - swing and a miss!
Penn checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Penn bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Penn scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Doctore throws a hook to the side of Penn's head but Penn sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

and Penn counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Penn uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Doctore has time to react.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

As Doctore looks to move away, Penn throws a big counter combo but Doctore just gets out of the way.
Penn smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

A quick step to the side and Penn tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

Oenomaus Doctore seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Penn misses with a few strikes there.

Doctore avoids the body shot from Penn.
Doctore connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Doctore misses with a lunging right hand
and Penn counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Penn, as that shot connected.

Doctore turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

Penn throws a looping overhand right but Doctore ducks down to avoid it.
Doctore connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Penn's hands.
Penn moves into range and connects with a jab.
Penn lands a jab and follows it up with a massive straight that knocks Doctore out cold! Doctore is crumpled in the corner, his head only propped up by the ropes! That's one for the organiziational promos right there! Wow, what a finish!

BJ Penn decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
