The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Vince clinches with his opponent.
With the fighters clinched against the ropes, Vince creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

It looks like Carl Williamson has been cut.
Williamson has Vince pressed up against the ropes and is working for takedown. Vince manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Williamson tries for a takedown. No joy.
Williamson wants to take the fight to the mat but Vince manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Arnold Vince has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Carl Williamson.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Williamson has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Vince mutters something to Williamson before pushing him back against the ropes. As Williamson comes back towards him, Vince unloads a hook from the very depths of hell that knocks Williamson clean out! Oh. My. God. That is some seriously brutal stuff right there! What a knockout!
