Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 35 - 21 - 2, fighting out of Amsterdam, Richmond Finch!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 13 - 0, fighting out of London, Daft Young!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Frank Dennis and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Finch throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Nice uppercut lands for Young. That snapped Finch's head back.
Young checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Finch digs a good hook to Young's body.
Finch throws a sloppy body shot
and Young counters with a nice uppercut.
Finch jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Young throws a head kick but Finch moves out of range.
Young throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Young closes the distance and clinches.
Finch wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Young swings wildly with an uppercut but Finch uses good head movement to avoid it.
Young lands a shot to the body.
Finch tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Young misses with a punch on the inside.
Young can't find room to land a body shot as Finch controls the action.
Young lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Finch blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Young misses with a hook to the ribs.
A frustrated look appears on Finch's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Young lands with a good tight uppercut to the head.
Finch lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Young backwards.
Young misses with a body punch.
Young tries to work over Finch's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Finch blocking some punches.
Finch wants to break the clinch but can't.
Young misses with a body punch.
Young misses with the head strike.
Finch wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Young has him pressed against the cage.

Finch breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Finch connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Young momentarily.
Finch loads up on a big right hand but Young slips the punch.
Finch's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Young connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Finch scrambles back to his feet.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Young fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Young connects with a good right hand that stumbles Finch. Finch circles away out of range and recomposes himself.


Finch is rocked!
Young uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Finch.
Oh Finch is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Finch misses with a leg kick.
Finch seems to have got his legs back now.
Finch lands with an uppercut that bounces Young off the cage and back into range.
Young scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Young misses with a body shot.
Young takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Finch tests Young's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Young feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Finchs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Finch takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Finch lands a nice shot to the body.
A head kick misses from Young.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Finch tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Young was well out of range. Poor timing from Finch.
Young throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Finch counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Richmond Finch seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Young fails with an attempt to clinch.
Young is looking to clinch but Finch is avoiding it.
Finch on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Finch fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Young.
Finch fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Young needs to keep his hands up - Finch had a free shot at his head there.
Young rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Young with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Finch ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Young moves away.
Young throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Finch counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Young swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Finch counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.


Young is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Finch drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Young's head, knocking him out cold! Finch is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Richmond Finch!
An out of breath and clearly excited Richmond Finch thanked Pearson Specter Litt for their help and support (and free stuff they sent him).
