Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jade Steve (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nonito Donaire (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Donaire comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Sia - Unstoppable kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Nonito Donaire!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Viktor Lagutenko and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Steve. Donaire does a little dance to reset his feet.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Donaire! But no joy.
Steve throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Donaire displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Steve throws out the jab.
Steve throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Steve definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Donaire connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Steve's hands.
Steve misses with a left hand
and Donaire counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Donaire walks into a left hand.
Donaire throws a hook but Steve blocks it.
Donaire on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Donaire is rocked!
Steve throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Donaire steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Steve.
Donaire is still on wobbly legs! Can Steve finish him?
Steve wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Steve measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Donaire! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Jade Steve!
A less than humble Jade Steve misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
Nonito Donaire was interviewed post fight and said 'Just don't give up when you lose,you can comeback stronger and you will be a champion one day'.
