And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Solsakorn Honsawaskan!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Kenichi Hosakawa and Taro Takaoka.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Honsawaskan has managed to clinch.

Honsawaskan escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Honsawaskan avoids the head kick by Richmond.
Honsawaskan dodges the punch combination from Richmond.
Richmond tries a head kick but it misses.
Honsawaskan wants to counter the offense by Richmond and move into the clinch position.

Honsawaskan closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Richmond did well to prevent Honsawaskan getting side control.
Honsawaskan wants to stand up but Richmond manages to regain full guard.

Richmond throws a big counter combination but Honsawaskan scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

Honsawaskan dodges an elbow strike from Richmond.

Honsawaskan breaks the clinch.

Honsawaskan moves into the clinch.

Richmond is trying to break the clinch but Honsawaskan has him pressed against the cage.

Richmond gets to his feet - Honsawaskan follows without any prompting.
Richmond is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Honsawaskan.

Richmond gets tackled into the cage by Honsawaskan. Honsawaskan maintains the clinch.
Honsawaskan keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Richmond's efforts to push away.

Honsawaskan wanted to stand there but Richmond had control of the position.
Honsawaskan must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Richmond is looking to cinch up a triangle. Honsawaskan throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Richmond's body to avoid the submission. Richmond has instead reached around Honsawaskan's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Richmond arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
