PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Vincent vanMlekeren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seth Rydell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rydell has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Seth Rydell is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
vanMlekeren misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Rydell's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Rydell duly obliges.

Seth Rydell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Rydell has closed the distance and engaged vanMlekeren in a clinch.
vanMlekeren jumps guard but Rydell stands there with vanMlekeren around his waist. vanMlekeren gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

A relieved looking Seth Rydell thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
In defeat, Vincent vanMlekeren stepped up to the mic, saying 'You have beaten me now, but one day I shall take my revenge, rest assured!'.
