Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jose Pacheco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Henny Verhoeven (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Henny Verhoeven will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Verhoeven gets caught flat footed, as Pacheco shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Verhoeven is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Pacheco defends well.

Pacheco drops back looking for a leg! Verhoeven is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Verhoeven manages to kick Pacheco off! Pacheco jumps back into Verhoeven's guard.
Verhoeven can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Pacheco controls the pace.

Horrible takedown attempt by Verhoeven or perhaps it was just good defense by Pacheco, which made it look bad.
Pacheco is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Verhoeven can do to turn this around?
