The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stein looks to score with a jab to the body but Vieira is just out of range.
Vieira shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Stein lands a nice looking body shot.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Vieira.
An attempted straight right counter from Stein misses the target.
Rodolfo Vieira seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Vieira darts in looking for a takedown but Stein gets double underhooks and turns Vieira into the cage.

Vieira fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Stein sprawls well initially but Vieira persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Stein tries to get to full guard but Vieira has control of the leg.
Vieira looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Vieira prevents Stein from improving his position.

Stein is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Vieira scores with a couple of nice shots.

Stein on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Stein tries to get out of the position.
Vieira in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
Vieira scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Stein to see if he's OK.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Stein is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Vieira is one step ahead and moves to full mount!

Stein is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

Vieira postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Stein badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Vieira around the waist but Vieira pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Vieira is the winner by TKO! Vieira jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
