Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Euron Greyjoy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gavin Cormier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Greyjoy blocks a head kick by Cormier.
Cormier tries for a takedown but Greyjoy sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Greyjoy cracks a nice hook into Cormier's ribs.
Sloppy strikes from Greyjoy. Those never looked like landing.
Cormier throws a front kick aimed at Greyjoy's knee but Greyjoy avoids it well.
Greyjoy throws a series of punches but Cormier moves out of range.
Cormier shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Greyjoy as he avoids it easily.
Greyjoy throws out a powerful jab.
Cormier closes this distance looking for a takedown but Greyjoy circles away.
Euron Greyjoy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gavin Cormier.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Cormier doesn't manage to clinch there - Greyjoy circles away.
A quick step to the side and Greyjoy tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

Greyjoy stuffs the takedown attempt from Cormier. Cormier gets slowly back to his feet.
Cormier tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Greyjoy paws at him with a jab and circles away.

And Cormier tries to counter it with a takedown but Greyjoy pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Cormier uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Greyjoy.
Greyjoy scores with a jab. Cormier acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Cormier shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Greyjoy but Greyjoy pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Greyjoy throws a big counter combination but Cormier scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Cormier looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Greyjoy is fending him off so far but Cormier persists. Nope, Greyjoy circles away and we're back to standing.

Greyjoy drops Cormier with a beautiful combination! Cormier stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Greyjoy is looking for the KO!

It looks like Gavin Cormier has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Greyjoy steps in with a hook that catches Cormier right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Greyjoy follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Cormier looks absolutely devastated.
