Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Michael Johnstone and Dirk Anderson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pacheco dives in for a single leg takedown but McHough sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Good leg kick by McHough there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Pacheco closes the distance and clinches up with McHough, looking for a takedown. Pacheco pushes McHough against the cage but McHough circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Pacheco fails with the takedown.
Ben McHough has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jose Pacheco.
McHough gets off balance looking for a body kick

so Pacheco counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
McHough can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Pacheco controls the pace.

Pacheco gets to his feet. McHough looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Pacheco's coach down at Area51 was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Pacheco's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Pacheco has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from McHough.
McHough throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
McHough swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Pacheco.

McHough feints and then cracks Pacheco's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Pacheco down.
Pacheco is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
McHough throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Pacheco looks winded!
McHough dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Pacheco stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from McHough.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Pacheco closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Pacheco is still on wobbly legs! Can McHough finish him?
McHough looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Pacheco takes a body punch but keeps moving.
McHough lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Pacheco at a distance.
Pacheco seems to have recovered his senses.

McHough sends Pacheco crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! McHough is motioning to the referee to let Pacheco up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
McHough dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Pacheco. That did some damage!
Pacheco walks forward, straight into a front kick from McHough.
McHough wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Pacheco chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before McHough can pounce on him.

Pacheco on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

and McHough counters with a nice right hand that sends Pacheco toppling to the canvas! Pacheco scrambles and gets back to his feet - can McHough finish him?!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
McHough stuns Pacheco with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Pacheco bobbing and weaving nicely... He's ducked under a jab and ducks again but ooooooh! McHough comes at him with an uppercut from hell! Pacheco falls to the canvas, unconscious! This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Pacheco was out before he hit the floor!
